Verification Period

To maintain quality standards, any return or exchange inquiries must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please allow up to 14 days for our international warehouses to complete the formal inspection and processing cycle.

Shipping Returns

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS TO OUR OVERSEAS WAREHOUSES. ITEMS MUST REMAIN IN ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION.
